Brad&Boti: Brad, Zitina, Javon, Shyla - they're back!

PODCAST partner and diehard Sydney Kings fanatic Brad Rosen is back after a jetsetting holiday and we have much to break down in the WNBL and NBL. Zitina Aokuso is back for Canberra and Javon Freeman-Liberty is returning for Brisbane and we dissect it all on our Brad&Boti podcast.

First up though we farewell Casey Prather who was having such a magnificent NBL season at Brisbane - his injury is a genuine tragedy - before turning our attention to the WNBL.

Geelong's super defensive performance underpinned its upset over Southside Flyers, and Canberra crushed Sydney before Townsville contrasted a tight first half with a second-half rout of the depleted Lightning.

Perth had its shooters on their marks as the Lynx sent defending champion Bendigo packing.

Aokuso's return for the Caps gave the team renewed vigour and it showed against the floundering Flames.

So who were our respective Players of the Week and what were the best actual "Plays"? And why has Brad turned to the WNBL this week for his Rosen Rattler?

(Trust this, it's with very good reason!)

We select our winners for the upcoming WNBL round - and Shyla Heal will debut for Geelong - before turning our attention to the NBL and our "Top Six" picks.

Who's in, who is out? And what on earth happened to Illawarra against Sydney? They were made to look awful by an undermanned Kings outfit and hats off to Brian Goorjian.

Where is United right now? Sitting atop the NBL table, yes, but have they slipped into "cruise mode" because Brisbane did fire back substantially.

Does Adelaide now need to shorten its rotation because already suffering vastly reduced court-time is co-captain Dejan Vasiljevic?

How good was Tyler Robertson for Sydney and why we believe in South East Melbourne.

We had our first overtime game and we discuss what this 36ers team has in common with the club's 1986 champion.

Then there's our Plays of the Round and Players of the Round before a Nagy Nasty and all of this - and MORE - is available to you right now simply by clicking this link.
