Outfoxed by live Blitz coverage
TweetEVERY game of this week's NBL Preseason Blitz tournament in Townsville for the Loggins-Bruton Cup will be televised online at the league's nbl.com.au website. For free.
Sydney Kings TV caller Matt McQuade and Downtown Ball's Liam Santamaria will share microphone duties for the 12 matches which tip-off on Wednesday night at Townsville RSL Stadium.

FRESH PERSPECTIVE: Matt McQuade calling a Kings game for SKTV.
It's the start of a fresh perspective, production company CMS Australasia producing the broadcast.
“We’re very happy to be able to provide basketball fans with a live and free stream of our pre-season tournament," NBL GM Jeremy Loeliger said today.
“CMS recently did the broadcast for the Melbourne United game against Louisiana State University at Hisense Arena and the production was top notch. We’re looking forward to delivering an entertaining live broadcast of the NBL Blitz this week and hope everyone across the country tunes in.”

NBL HISTORY: Liam Santamaria battling Brad Sheridan for position in his Titans days.
Santamaria was involved in the United-LSU call and did a great job.
McQuade called the recent Illawarra Hawks-California Bears game and also was lauded for his performance.
He has been calling Kings games for eight years and worked for nbl.tv as well last season.
Santamaria actually has NBL experience under his belt, having spent a year playing with Victoria Titans in 2001-02.
He was coached by Brian Goorjian who, as Sydney's three-time championship coach, also has been a significant influence on Kings tragic McQuade.
While McQuade makes no secret of his passion for the purple-and-gold, it never is evident in his calling of games which are always enthusiastic, well-informed and unbiased.
Santamaria is an avowed student of the game, apparent in not only his mike work but his in-depth written analyses.
They should be quite the dynamic duo in the chase for the Loggins-Bruton Cup.
