WHAT an extraordinary week this has been for basketball, from the NBL enjoying four amazing one-point thrillers in Round 6 to the latest troubling gambling and match-fixing drama in the NBA, and Joey Wright and I confront it all in a packed Time Out-NO FLOP ZONE podcast.

It was certrainly a wild ride in the NBL, where all four of the one-point dramas - three of them in  a row to close the round - finished with unsung heroes stepping up to hit match-winning baskets.

New imports are on their way to Brisbane, Perth and Illawarra which again will influence the competition.

But we start with the gambling and match-fixing drama unfolding in the US and involving the NBA. Could it happen here?

And not just in the NBL but other leagues such as AFL, NRL? We've seen match-fixing exposed in cricket.
