BEEN a bit busy this week with a few personal matters but still found time to dig in among my old SA basketball "yellow sheets" today to find this 4-page program from the 1967 visit by the Venture for Victory team from the USA.

Like the "Athletes In Action" touring US teams, they spread the good word and sang songs at halftime.

Venture played South Australia on Thursday and Friday, July 13-14 but frankly, I found the names of the players in the SA Under-16 and SA Under-18 teams more interesting!
